Executive Chef

Chef Kevin Manolovitz is revered as the foundation of Bear Creeks coveted standard of culinary excellence. Classically schooled at the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, Chef Manolovitz oversees his culinary team much like a conductor leads his orchestra through a classic symphony. Demanding only the freshest ingredients, Bear Creek Golf Club’s culinary team has been recognized as the keystone for gastronomic excellence.

Previously he has served as the Executive Chef of Viva’ located within the Museum of Latin American Arts in Long Beach. The Crow’s Nest Montauk in New York City, The Terrace Restaurant in Venice Beach and Orange Counties Crème De La Crème Catering, the official caterer to Oscar.

Executive Chef Manolovitz has but one passion, to satisfy your desire for haute cuisine. The Chef and his talented culinary team work diligently to assure that your expectations are not only met but exceeded during every bite.
